Fort Randolph
Fort Randolph - 1864. Built by Capt. C.M. Randolph, C.S.A. and Lieut. Alfred Buhlow, C.S.A. By order of Brig. Gen. Allen Thomas, C.S.A. As a defense against an expected 3rd, invasion of the Red River Valley by Federal Troops.
This memorial was erected to commemorate the heroic services of the soldiers of the Trans-Miss. Dept. in command of Major Gen. E. Kirby Smith, C.S.A. by the Board of Administrators of the Central Louisiana State Hospital 1926.
