The LPFA is a public trust authority and public corporation established to benefit the State of Louisiana and its citizens through the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds as well as through other means of public service and economic development. The purposes of LPFA are to promote, encourage and further the accomplishment of all activities beneficial to the state and which have a public purpose.
