Eric Kashino Memorial Plaque
The plaque is a memorial to Eric Kashino. He was struck and killed by a charter bus at the intersection of 4th Ave and Pike Street in Downtown Seattle in Feburary of 2001. Eric was crossing the street in his wheel chair when the bus struck him.
