Costco

This window and section of wall are from the
original Costco Wholesale location, which stood
adjacent to this site from 1983 to 2005.
Costco President and CEO Jim Sinegal and Chairman of the
Board Jeff Brotman introduced the wholesale membership
warehouse concept to the Northwest on September 15, 1983.
The building, which was originally built for Western Marine
Supply Company, also served as Costco's corporate
offices until they relocated in 1987.
