BC Postal Workers Killed in WW1 and WW2

This plaque, once hung in Vancouver's Main Post Office in what is now the Sinclair Centre. In 1958 it was moved to the Post Office on Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver. At some point, the plaque was covered by a false wall when renovations took place and was forgotten until the 1990s.It now hangs in the foyer of Canada Post's Richmond sorting plant. Members of the Vancouver Heritage Club hold a ceremony every November to remember the postal workers killed in the two wars.
