The memorial plaque was dedicated to B.C. Telephone Company workers who participated in the First World War. The plaque indicates who was killed, wounded, wounded twice, wounded and prisoner, who died of wounds, who was gassed. The plaque hung in the entrance of the commercial office of B.C. Telephone Company, in Vancouver.The plaque is on exhibit in the Museum's 1900-1920 history gallery, and is subject to museum entrance fees.
