Renaissance College (U.N.B.) c. 1895
This Queen Anne style house was sold in 1900 to the
bank of Montreal for the manager's use. It was
purchased in 1948 by Lord Beaverbrook and given
to U.N.B. Alumnae Society as the university's first
women's residence, Maggie Jean Chestnut. In 2000,
it became Renaissance College.
