Plaque, Armagh Methodist Church

The following text is included in the description, "John Wesley, the founder of the worldwide Methodist Church preached in 1767 to a large gathering at this location. The first Methodist Church was built in 1786 on this site until the present Church was constructed in 1835 and remodelled in 1888. The buildings adjacent to the Church were built in 1859 and are known as the Lynn Halls. They were formerly Sabbath and Day Schools" Pictured here H8745 : Methodist Church, Armagh
