Mayoress Memorial Stone
This memorial stone was laid by the Mayoress of Prahran Mrs H. M. Cooch 1th October 1900
This plaque sits at street level in South Yarra's popular Chapel Street. The building is now a personal training centre. There's no indication to say what the stone is a memorial to.
