*Location is approximate* -- definitely in Boonton but I do not recall exactly where. It was in a park near a body of water but may not have been Grace Lord Park. This plaque was on a park bench. It says simply, "Kenny Rothbart (1941 - 2010) A World of Rules." Googling indicates that Mr. Rothbart was a former police officer and army veteran.
