Constructed by artists Barry Dennisson & Gerry Suzuki, this memorial is In memory of CUPE Local 454 members, and the April 28 Day of Mourning. It is located in Rotary Park at the Delta Leisure Centre under a willow tree on a piece of land jutting out into a lagoon.
