Atherton Great War Memorial

Plaque on the side of SD6602 : The Atherton War Memorial. There are four of these vertical plaques containing the names of the fallen of the First World War, one on each side of the central column. Four further horizontal plaques containing the names of the fallen of the Second World War are around the base of the structure.
