Rotary Centennial Project
ROTARY CENTENNIAL PROJECT
This Gazebo was funded and built by the Rotary Club
of Pleasant Hill in celebration of Rotary International's
100th Anniversary of "Service Above Self" and in recognition
of its commitment to the community.
ROTARY is a service organization of business and
professional people - united worldwide - who conduct
humanitarian projects, encourage high ethical standards in
all vocations, and work toward world understanding and peace.
The first Rotary Club was established in
1905 by Paul P. Harris in Chicago.
ROTARY CLUB OF PLEASANT HILL
was charted on March 30, 1953.
